1 General Provisions

54bat (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", or "54bat") is an online entertainment and betting service operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form the agreement between you and 54bat. By accessing or registering on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to 54bat's website, mobile version, and all related services. Using any part of the platform constitutes your agreement to these Terms.

The Bengali version of these Terms is authoritative. In case of any ambiguity in a translation, the Bengali text shall prevail.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on 54bat, you must provide accurate and complete information. 54bat reserves the right to cancel any account where incorrect information has been provided.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person, members of the same household, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

For large withdrawals or suspected suspicious activity, 54bat may request a valid identity document to verify your identity. The relevant withdrawal may remain on hold until the verification process is complete.

2.3 Updating Your Information

It is your responsibility to update your contact information on the platform as soon as possible whenever it changes.

3 Age Restrictions

54bat's services are for individuals aged 21 and above only. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.

If it is found that a user opened an account while under the age of 21, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds and winnings will be forfeited. 54bat is able to apply the necessary verification measures to identify underage accounts.

4 Account Security

Keeping your login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password with any third party.

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Change your password regularly.
• Avoid logging in on public devices or open Wi-Fi networks.

4.1 Unauthorised Access

Any transaction carried out from your account will be considered your own activity, unless you promptly notify 54bat of the unauthorised access. 54bat is not liable for any losses incurred before such notification is made.

5 Financial Transactions

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 54bat is ৳200. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). Deposit amounts are generally credited to your account instantly.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. It is recommended to use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for the deposit.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal is approved:

• Account verification must be completed.
• The wagering requirements of any active bonus must be fulfilled.
• There must be no pending investigation on the account.

5.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

54bat offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,500 bonus means ৳15,000 worth of bets must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount.

6.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on games designated by 54bat.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be activated simultaneously unless specifically stated.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 54bat reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

6.4 VIP Program

54bat's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%), and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Higher tiers can be reached through regular play. VIP benefits may change at any time at 54bat's discretion.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 54bat platform:

• Fraud & Deception: Providing false information, forging identity, or using another person's account.
• Money Laundering: Any attempt to clean illegal funds through the platform.
• Collusive Betting: Coordinating bets across multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Gaining an unfair advantage by violating bonus terms.
• Software Manipulation: Attempting to access or modify the platform's systems without authorisation.
• Commercial Use: Using the platform for commercial purposes or resale.

If any such activity is detected, 54bat may close the account at any time and forfeit all balances.

9.1 Compensation

10 Account Suspension & Closure

54bat may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.

10.2 Closure at the User's Request

10.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, 54bat may initiate additional verification procedures.
